Help over blood report

Question

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I had fever yesterday along with cold and headache. I am much better now post taking the prescribed medicine. However the blood reports that I received now are bothering me. I have attached the report. If you could please let me know if anything serious. I have a 4 months baby who is on breastmilk. So am extremely worried.
