I am jst 18 .. N i weigh 78kg or may b it has been 80 bt not more than that .. N my height is 169cm .. I want to be slim within a month .. So what shall i do? N yeah i am a student of class 12 so not much time i can dedicate to this

You need to put in a few months of efforts to achieve this.
Avoid eating junk food, processed food, oily food and sweets completely. Drink plenty of water, especially before meals. Eat less rice, potatoes. Have a protein rich breakfast every morning. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Drink warm water first thing in the morning (preferably with lemon).
Exercise at least 5 times a week and 30 to 40 minutes each time

We loose on the parts which we need for having a healthy body. 12th grade is a grade filled with stress, all your increased stress hormones also play a role in increasing your body weight. make sure that your food distribution is adequate, have good amount of good quality protein in your diet, high fiber intake, whole cereals and pulse intake, low visible fats, like oil, butter, ghee, etc. during long study hours in the night, make sure you dont binge eat, especially all the jinks, keep a small katori of chana/ makhana/ some almonds/ walnuts etc to eat. Have adequate water through out the day. to relieve your stress hormones, go for some physical activity every day, like cycling, brisk walking, swimming etc. all this will help you start the journey of attaining the desired body weight.
