Heaviness in chest can be due to multiple reasons, in elderly person patient should first rule out all the cardiac causes leading to heaviness in chest
At times ECG may not detect any cardiac causes
Please kindly consult to discuss the course of action. And let me help you to clear your all doubts

It would be better to consult a cardiologist or get some basic investigations done like hs Troponin-I, 2d Echo serum creatinine and electrolytes.
