  4. Heavy head and pain. Suitable remedies?

Heavy head and pain
I feel heaviness n dull pain on top of my head as if there is cold caught in. Don't have a runny nose or cough. Sometimes the pain permeates to the back of head or on the sides above the ears. I dislike cold weather and my palms and under soles go cold if the temperature drops. Can you please suggest suitable remedies?
