Since how long you have been sick? Take tab augmentin 625mg one morning and one evening for 5days Tab sinarest one every 8hours for 4 days. Do hot saline gargles, inhale steam with karvol capsule,  2 to 3 times daily. Drink warm fluids.

Levocetirizine 5 mg at night × 3 days (for sneezing, watery eyes). Paracetamol 500 mg 3× daily if fever/body pain. Steam inhalation 2–3 times/day. Warm salt-water gargle 2× daily for throat pain. If cough with phlegm: Ambroxol + Guaifenesin + Terbutaline syrup 5–10 ml twice daily × 3–5 days. Drink warm water, avoid cold items. Red flags (see doctor): high fever >3 days, breathing difficulty, severe throat pain with pus, dehydration.
