My vitamin d is 7.85 ng/ ml.i am feeling heaviness on my left side of head.i m not feeling any pain on my head.my knees makes noise while bending.is there any relation between vitamin d and headache

You should take medication for vit d.. weekly once dose.. drink plenty of fluids, minimum 3 litres of water per day so your headache will come down..
