Heart rate fluctuating
Last few weeks my heart rate keeps going in the 90-110 range even without doing anything. Early morning it starts off ok, 68-72, but during the day increases. I had covid-like symptoms some months back but tests were negative. Can it be connected? Could stress lead to persistent tachycardia like this?

Stress can lead to changes in heart rate because if there is constant stress of having the symptoms and constant fear of having covid can lead to tachycardia. But high BP and diabetes can also have such effects in heart since with high age these are way more common
Next Steps
get blood pressure checked and glucose tolerance test done with empty stomach for 8 hours
