I have hearing loss in both my ears more in my left ear i also have extreme ear pain i dont have ear wax i also have pain in the nose which is causing breathing problems and throat is sore and i cant swollow anything it hurts

Since How many days you have hearing loss?
If its a short time history then most probably you have middle ear infection which causes due to severe cough and cold.
