Headache with eyes and neck pain
I have neck pain and eyes pain and also headache and also sometimes my left ear pains from past 4 days.I have taken 3 tablets of crocin from past 3 days and also 2 tablets of mayospaz forte but I have not be relieved from it.So what to do now.

You must be showing these symptoms due to Muscle strain very common from poor posture, prolonged phone or laptop use, stress, or sleeping position . Sometimes an infection in the Ear can also cause these symptom need more details. Take an ENT consultation for a Physical examination.

Consult with an ENT physician for left ear pain and for headache you have to confirm some things like where is the location of headache,how many times it occurs in a day what is the frequency of headache and is it associated with any vertigo or nausea vomiting,and if it's migraine then you ca take Tab Fluner 10mg once daily at bedtime for prophylaxis and Tab Suminat 25mg sos for acute headache
