Headache (rotational)
I have headache which is irritating me all over the head... Back side of the head, front and everywhere,, it's moving around... Mostly back Side/upper head.... Iam into system for 8 hours a day /5 days... Is this tension headache? Or I need to take a MRI scan?

Your headache could be due to stress. Need more information on your symptoms. At first, I don’t think you need an MRI unless your headache is associated with any other symptoms.
