Headache, giddiness and acidity
I've been feeling this for last 3 hrs, I'm female ,27 yes married , mother of 5 yrs old. Giddiness, headache, acidity not continuously but sometimes occurrs for 2-3days and then sometimes after 5-7 days good then same problem but not totally relief. Weekenes and lethargic,not totally fit for any type of physical work. vommiting feeling also experience like food obstruct somewhere near neck . BP and blood report normal, thyroid test normal, ECG normal, don't know what to do.... Kindly guide...

Hello, It's very hot due to that everyone is faceing PROBLEM. Avoid spicy fried greasy junk food or food from outside. Plenty of liquids like nimupani coconut water mosambi juice butter milk what ever to take in some intervals.if nothing take one glass water of earthenpot.
