Head is very heavy pain also. Headache subsided after taking paracetamol. Feeling very giddy. Have started feeling giddy quite often now.

It looks like dehydration and lack of sleep.. drink plenty of fluids... Take proper rest and sleep well at night.. your symptoms should subside.
