Hi, You should contact your physician and get yourself clinically examined and relevant investigations done. You may take tab paracetamol 500 mg thrice daily , tab levocetrizine 5mg once daily, Nasoclear nasal drop twice daily after consulting your physician. Keep yourself hydrated.
