I have headache and dry cough for last three days , no fever, cough at night, was using grylinctus cough syrup but no relief, little bit soar throat

Hello wello for headache I would suggest you to take Paracetamol 500mg which would be sufficient if you take when you have a headache and can be taken up to thrice a day and for your cough I would suggest you to take syrup containing dextromethorphan as it will help in your dry cough and also takes it within 10 mg in the night...Thank you
