Headache and dehydration
I drink only 2 glasses of water daily from a very long time and now I have very frequent headache and while I workout at gym I also feel a bit dizzy. Can these be due to dehydration.

Yes might be due your poor intake of fluids.....

Yes....  2litres of water per day is required per day....but gyming increases  body requirement of water
