Dehydration
Hi, I see my body is dehydrated which is reflected through my skin and hair health clearly. I am very prone to UTIs in general, somewhere that could be a reason, I'm guessing? But I'm already on medication for PCOS and UTI making decent progress. I drink 2L (approx) water daily, if I drink more than required then my eyes feel heavy and dizzy. Hence, I keep the quantity in check. Alongwith this, coconut water. But still, nothing seems to be helping. Please suggest on how can I ensure that my body gets enough hydration?

Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water every day. Eat more of green leafy vegetables. Avoid more tea or coffee, avoid alcohol.
