Water will not help as much as fibres in your diet will help softening your stool Kindly reduce your water intake to upto 3L as it will lead to electrolyte imbalance otherwise and that is not a good thing. You can also use lactulose syrup in case you have constipation

It is more and can cause electrolytes imbalance.2 to 2.5 liters is o.k. Take more of fiber in your food, drink hot water before sleeping and after getting up to prevent constipation. Share detailed history.

It's not safe to drink 6L of water daily if you're not working out or losing that much in sweat. It can be dangerous as it can dilute your electrolytes. Instead increase your fibre intake. Eat oats, dal, guava, apple, chia seeds etc.

Drinking 6 liters of water daily is more than needed for most people and may lead to electrolyte imbalance (like low sodium). While hydration helps soften stools, excess water isn’t always the right fix. Please consult me for safer and more effective options for constipation relief tailored to your body’s needs. ⸻ Next Steps: Book a consultation for personalized advice — we’ll explore dietary changes, fiber intake, and safer stool-softening methods. ⸻ Helpful Tips: • Aim for 2.5–3 liters/day unless advised otherwise. • Include more fiber (fruits, veggies, oats). • Consider mild laxatives or isabgol short-term if needed — only after proper guidance.
