Headach bodyache fever and weakness

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Since last 4 days i have fever body ache weakness and headache. Unable to even get up from the bed. I hv taken oflox, paracetamol and meftal over these days but the condition still persists. Fever reoccurs once the medicine stop acting on the body.
