Head spinning and burning sensation
Hi Doctor, My mom has high blood pressure. she feels like her head is spinning when she looks upwards and when she changes her position while sleeping. She also feels burning sensation at back side of the head. What needs to be done. Her age is 58 and her BP is 140/89. She is taking newtel h tablet.

Vertigo/ dizzy feeling when changed position could be because of peripheral cause ie ear, needs vestibular rehabilitation exercise. Consult for further management
