Since I woke up in the morning my head feels so heavy and it feels like pressure around head. Now since past 2 hours it feels like pressure and heaviness around my middle area on scalp. My blood Pressure is 112/75 and heart rate is 91 when checked. I also have a sinusitis issue, on checking my nose throughly by endoscopy procedure, ent doctor said I have nothing inside as it was all clean. What should be the cause of pressure headache then? And it gets worse when I lay down I feel it in middle of my scalp area
