Having Lower back pain
Having Lower back pain. last year took treat ment for the same but since last 20 days again started paining I visited OPD in KEM hospital Dr said noting to worry. they priscribed medicine i.e Calcium and B12 Tables. but still Paining.

The pain may be due to lower back muscle spasm.. Sometimes it is associated with neurological compression.. But if there are no neurological symptoms,  than can be managed conservatively.
Next Steps
You can start with hot fomentation,  take analgesic with muscle relaxant tablet,  apply analgesic ointment locally over the site of pain, continue calcium and vit supplements. You can start with physiotherapy, it will also help in relieving the pain..

Avoid heavy work,  avoid sitting down,  avoid Indian toilet,  avoid forward bending..
