With no activity or contact, woke up with knee pain. No swelling. Can't put weight on it. Hurts to bend. Walk w bad limp. After walking a bit, it loosens up some. But once I sit for a while it stiffens back up.

Quadricep and VMO exercises will help initially, but you have to religiously follow them if u want to avoid replacement at an early age.
