Having fever from the last 4 days by now

Hi! I'm suffering from fever since 4 days by now, I used paracetamol dolo 650 my body temperature became normal now, but, I'm feeling very weak, tired,nausea n vomiting with body pains and Whenever I try to eat something, its tasting bitter, and I'm not able to eat from last 2-3 days. And also I did dengue test but the results comes all negative I don't know what else it could be Can any one help me. This sickness is bothering me so much thank you!!
