  4. Having fever from last 3-4 days. Before.

Having fever from last 3-4 days
Having fever from Tuesday,and also having muscle pains. From the last few days when I woke up in the morning, I am having fever and muscle pains. The fever is like it's coming and going. I had taken paracetamol, but it's working for small time,like 1-2 hours. After that it's like same before.
