I am having fever and headache since last night. Throat pain symptoms are there. But not much.
No issues wrt losing smell, appetite.
Do I need to test for Covid?
I have taken Dolo 650, yesterday night and today morning. Anything else need to take?

It is better to rule out Covid. It is not necessary that u should lose taste or smell if u have Covid. Some ppl have some symptoms.
