Having fever & headache and cough

I have been suffering from mild fever 99.2 and severe headache sometime and cough from last 2-3 days. I am taking medicine dolo650 and azithromycin.

Please don't take antibiotics for cough and fever unless you've diagnosed with bacterial infection. It's increase the resistance and future antibiotics usage will become futile. Continue taking dolo 650. Do saline gargle and take tusq dx cough syrup
