Hi. Your symptoms are suggestive of common cold. You have ear pain because of dysfunction of the tube connecting middle ear to nose. It's called eustachian tube. Nothing to worry.

Next Steps

I would like you to take tablet sinarest once every 12 hours for 3 days, tab Augmentin 625 mg once every 12 hours for 5 days. Do steam inhalation thrice daily.

make sure you are not allergic to penicillin. augmentin is an antibiotic that will prevent secondary bacterial infection
