Have to reduce my weight
I have gained weight in my pergenacy around 20kg In first month of my pergenacy I was 64 and before my delivery 84k... Now I'm in my postpartum 9 months.. weight 83kg.. I'm facing knee joints pain and back pain..please help me to recover from this problem
