Hard lump on neck

I have one hard lump on back side of my neck since 8 year.when i press the lump white substence coming out from with foul smell.what is this.is everything is ok.is there any medicine for this??plz help

It's Sebaceous cyst.medicine will not be helpful . excision/ surgery is the only definite treatment
