Hair thinning and hairfall

I have hair thinning, my scalp is almost i am 29y f. Currently started mintop forte Which is giving me lot of hairfall n anaphase shampoo. This shampoo i am using before normal shampoo but please tell me proper way to use it n how many times. I suffer from pcod other test results were normal. Taking meds for pcod too. Please Help
