Hair loss and thinning
I am suffering from hair loss for last 7 years. I have received various forms of treatment - 1. Shaved my head around 30 times during this period. 2. Taken Ayurvedic medicines for 2 years ( amla juice and powder, iron rich powder, ashvagandha tablet) 3. Trichazole containing shampoo, multi vitamin and mineral tablets, iron tablets 4. Changed shampoo many times 5. Changed hair oil various times Despite all the efforts, I am suffering from constant hair fall and thinning. Also, my scalp produces oil and becomes dirty very frequently ( even just after washing my hair). My father and grandfather still have a significant amount of hair. I regularly go to the gym and take protein and iron rich food. I do not smoke but drink beer occasionally. I sleep 8-9 hours daily. I am now under stress most of the time but become anxious a few times. I masturbate 2 times a day. In between I felt some recovery, 2-3 times. But the problem continued when hair grew in length. What should I do?
