Your Haemoglobin is too high from Indian standards. We don't find many people with Hb 17 or 18 gm%. Seriously, you can show some good gesture for the Humanity. Please don't blood once in six months. Nothing will happen to your health but you will save many lives.

Hello, yes both levels are normal in fact very good! Are you on any medications for your vitamin B12 n D deficiencies? You even seem to have fatty liver.
