I am suffering from a regular nail biting habit . Its mainly occur during nervous situation or when i am in deep thinking .
I bite my nails and nails lower skin also and its being a long tenure with this habit.
Suggest me that its an Digestive problem or a cycatric problem and whats its solution ??
