Green stool & diarrhea

Asked for Female, 35 Years

My son is 4 years and 7 months old Today morning his stool was green and again afternoon 2 times its like diarrhea and green in color. not stomach ache or anything. what is the reason? whats should i do?

Frequency of stool Mix 200ml of water with 1 sachet of ORS, and sips as tolerated. things to follow 1. Give home food. No spicy, oily or junk food. 2. Avoid outside food intake 3. No snacks (packaged, high sugar/salt content) 4. Keep a watch on any signs of dehydration(less urine output,blood in stool,fever,child is dull)
