  4. Gray phlegm. Whole body pain. pls help!

My head is always heavy and neck pain on left . I feel every time heavy head and my heart beats faster. My vitamin b12 is normal and vitamin d total is 11 . I am tired all time . My phelgm is light gray . But no cough. Not able to even stand so tired . Whole body pain . Pls help
