GRADE 3 PROSTATOMEGALY VOLUME 38CC
Sir my age 59 years by Ultrasound scan report found Grade 3 prostatomegaly 38 CC volume .I am suffering with frequently urain in night( time 3 to 4 times)and sevior pain after intercourse and having always some burning sensation around that area.My liver is normal,GALL BLADER is NORMAL, urinary bladder is normal,spleen is normal, pancreas is normal, Left Kidney is normal but RH kidney have with simple cortical cyst by 2.5 cm.
Please advise me what is my condition what medicine i have to take . For how many days I have to take medicin .what food to avoid.how many days.What is my health condition it's serious or not please advise me .

38 gms prostate is not very big
U do uroflowmetry and residual urine, to check if there is any obstruction .
Depending upon the uroflowmetry patter u need to take alpha blocker
Renal cortical cyst is not a cause of concern
