Giving expire medicine

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I am giving taxim o dry syrup to my 10 months old baby boy bt the mixture's day was over 7 days..is there any problem happend now?after taking this he voemited all the 4 ml..can i give him another new one again now?or some hours later?
