Diarrhea in 2 months old baby
My 2 months old son is having diarrhea from last 7 days. I am giving him enterogermina twice daily and taxim o drop. But no improvement.

I presume that you are breastfeeding.
Give Zinc syrup 10 mg daily for 14 days
ORS if watery stools 25 ml after each loose motion or you can breastfeed more frequently.
Antibiotics not required for simple diarrhea, but if you suspect something serious, consult a pediatrician as baby is very young.
