My 2 year old son has been prescribed Taxim O Forte syrup 2.5 ml for fever. However I have an unopened Taxim O dry syrup with me at home.
Can I give him Taxim O dry syrup instead of Taxim O Forte. If yes, what will be the dosage ?

Yes you can give taxim O . But give 5ml instead of 2.5ml .
Since the dose of Cefixime in taxim O is half of that in forte .
