Getting pain in hand

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Hi sir, Iam getting pain in hand from last 15 days . I don't know what happen at my side,nothing will happen . Getting pain and after that my full hand getting shivering. Can you please advise what should I do. Thanks, Raghavender

You may have median nerve compression which is a commen problem of hand or may be due to Cervical spondylosis at neck. Visit near by physio or Ortho they will do some test like x Ray and Vitamin B12 . Later some stretching excersice and strengthening Exs of hand ,arm and scapular excersices will help you.
