I am 32years old male weight is 85kg. I have Tommy wanna reduce it. So I start running (in morning) past one week. I confront a big problem. When a start running after few steps I got too exhausted that my legs don't allow me. Kindly help me out with this problem

Do not run...just walk..at first walk at normal pace...then gradually increase your speed of walking...upto a maximum of such a speed that you cover approx 2.5 km in 30 minutes...on day first cover 1.5 km then gradually add 500 mts every 5 days to your walking distance...to maximum of 5km..and try to cover 5 km in one hour...and maintain this speed and dostance and monitor your weight..at the same time monitior your daily calories intake too...and try to restrict total daily calories to 1500 cal/day
