Was concerned regarding my health. I was not able to follow a proper diet and am very stressed since my father passed away a month ago. Was feeling very fatigued for a few days and did some tests to see what was wrong. Some if the results are concerning. I need to be healthy for my mother who is also ill. Kindly suggest. Attaching the report screen shots. My *T4 total is 4.18ug/dl, Tryglicerides level is 153mg/dl, HDL is 34mg/dl, absolute lymphocytes count is 3125/c.mm and lymphocytes count is 42%

Your reports are normal you don't have to worry about that, as of now you should concern about increasing HDL and decreasing triglycerides although it is not a major issues. Take proper diet and do exercise it will help you. you don't need any medication.
