I am a female 45 non diabetic and non hypertensive. My weight is 78 kgs. I sometimes feel tremors with profound sweating accompanied by hunger. I often feel tired. I am confused about my symptoms. Kindly suggest what could be the reason.

With the history you have provide i can make a provisional diagnosis of you having symptoms of thyroid disorder that is hypothyroidism.
