Hi i am 26yrs old height 6feet weight 60kg
I take two meals a day afternoon and night
I skip breakfast
I checked my fasting blood sugar it was 75 mg
After meal it was 112mg
After 4 hours of meal it was 76mg
Is this hypoglycemia
Or should I change my diet
I eat rice dal fish fry daily two times a day
I don't consume any type of red meat
Plz help me out suggest me is it hypoglycemia
