I am working married man also a student of CA final year but day by day my weight goes gaining and also feeling tiredness restless also having iching problem & I don't have mood for studies due to triedness.
Please advice what I can do to reduce my weight and triedness so that i can concentrate in my studies.

Do strength based/cardio exercises for minimum of 30-60mins atleast 5-6 days a week along with healthy calorie restricted weight for which you can consult a nutritionist.
For reducing weight take balanced diet at regular intervals. Don't take fried foods or fast foods. Drink plenty of water. Sleep for atleast 6-7 hours daily. Do physical exercises for atleast 1 hour daily.
