Hi Doc.,
Am frequently getting joint pains especially in the knees, elbow and back pain. I used to jog daily and due to these pains I stopped jogging. Also observed that during regular exercises back pain and elbow pains are more
Kindly advise.

There are few common reasons for joint pains
Increased Uric acid
Reduced vitamin b12 and d3
I would suggest to consult a local doctor maybe orthopaedic so he can help you out you can also so CBC with the above tests and then consult the doctor
Do not self medicate vitamins before doing the tests
Curing mild joint pains is easier than curing severe joint pains so consult the doctor as soon as possible
