Frequent pain around neck and back area
My sister is having frequent pain around neck and soldier muscles so that it becomes very hard for her to move easily.. Also sometimes pain comes up around her right hip towards thighs.... this pain comes very frequently and stays for a week or so... I went to neuro physician but no one concluded any thing... I an confused should i go for physiotherapy or another neuro physician or some orthopedic doctor...??? Please suggest.... its been more than a year for her pain...

Greetings,  sorry about the pain.  Not a medical condition to be worried about, just poor posture and muscle imbalance at various levels causing pain until now.
Next Steps
get to see a physio with knowledge about trigger point therapy and massage along with posture correction.  in 10 days time 60% of pain will be relieved and rest depending upon exercise you do.  if possible hire physio as your trainee for months to get permanent  relief.  also see a dietitian to manage a balance diet.

It looks like a bulged disc in neck,which is radiating pain to shoulder & back, Manual physiotherapist can, push the disc, back to it's normal place, GOOD LUCK
