For how long laxatives are ok to take?

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I am suffering from anal fissure from last three weeks. On first day, i had painful stool with blood and after first day no painful stool and blood. But I am suffering from a lot of itching in my anal region.Itching has also transfer to the area between anus and vagina. I am taking cremaffin plus and also using pilorute cream which decrease my itching temporarily. Is it ok to take laxative for more than three weeks?
