I am 24 years old . My haemoglobin is 7.5gram . My doctor has recommended to take iron injection. Should I take iron injection?? Please suggest 🙏

If you have symptoms of anemia like easy fatigue,shortness of breath on exertion,generalised weakness and if your body iron store is very less take injection otherwise tablet of iron also improves your haemoglobin by2-3 weeks.
