Hii Dr Frm last two days my brother got fever ...fever fluctuate betn 98-101.yesterday at night I gave him dolo 650mg ...in the morning fever was 98 but now still it's 101 What medicine should I give him I don't think he has covid ...as I m staying wid him only...and I m normal
