Frm last two days my brother got fever ...fever fluctuate betn 98-101.yesterday at night I gave him dolo 650mg ...in the morning fever was 98 but now still it's 101
What medicine should I give him

Also observe if he has any other symptoms
Do temp charting and monitor SpO2
